Have fun!

Welcome
Welcome to Cherry class! What a busy start to the term it has been. Tomorrow we head off to the Museum of Somerset to experience the Pirate exhibition, so keep checking for photos. On Monday we are taking part in an art project at Longrun Meadow and on Tuesday some of the children in Cherry & Oak class will be doing some weaving in groups to make a wall hanging for the hall.
The half termly newsletter will go out tomorrow and will be added to this page with details of your child's learning and homework. The spellings will also be posted for you to check each week. The 'meet and greet' session this year is on Wednesday 21st September at 2.45 in Cherry class while the children are attending collective worship, I look forward to seeing you there.
Artwork
Inspired by their time at Longrun Meadow, despite the rain, the children today used the natural objects they found in the school grounds to design animals.
They did a super job and had a lot of fun!
